things I notice during listen: random tempo change, not catchy piano, bass needs boost, kick needs boost, (hi-hats too as you allready know :P) lead that drops in at 1:46 is much too loud. Overall song needs some boost in the freq: 2000-5000 hertz. Ah the piano is not bad in the middle. Melodies are quite nice.
Not bad though, I'm just writing the things to aprove ;)

Astonished... Really astonished. The emotion put in this piece is just superb! I like the piano with echo! By your voice I though singing xD but it are just a couple of breaths. It all flows very well and the quality is on a level higher than any song of yours before! Wow... that emotion! I forget time when I listen to this... The progression and subtle rain... Everything fits!

win: I like the piano and the glitchy synths (?) which are on some piano notes. That trance-like lead is quite nice! The background synths also sound nice and I want to congratulate you for the overal result! It's a download for me!
"fail" (I wouldn't say fail :P but that's the way you asked me xD): Mastering... When the drums and bass drop in, everything sounds overcompressed. Maybe put the volume down of some instruments, or (re)equalize them, though then it won't sound the same... It's not jazzy :P.
Tips: maybe ad some more high-pitched hi-hats. Try to find a better piano sampler or better keyboard so that it sounds more real played. I wouldn't say this is live played (also because it's quantized(<--that's not bad though!)) Try sidechaining the trance synth with the bass drum if you want to xD
Overal: nice synths, nice piano, nice drums, bit poor compressed (mixing is OK ;)). The "fail" isn't really fail xD

Thanks man :D i did notice the compression and i till change that. And there is some high pitched hihats but i lowered them allot. Also, the drums that kick in with the bass isent mastered besides for the main EQ so allot of room for improvements on that area. So most of the points u mentioned are fixable so ill definatly have a look on them when i get home. And about the name lol. That will most likely change if i get some sort of lyricks or story onto it... Oh and the piano is a HEAVELY mastered and over mixed FL keys. Though i like the sound it got. The piano is played by hand but as u said, quantised. I could never make a piano part like that in a sequencer or whatever lol..

Eddit: i tried fixing most of the problemes u mentioned PLUS a little of my own inspiration.. but in returnit now eats over 6GB RAM and my CPU almost twice.

Terribly mixed :O Kick is much too soft... And everything is peaking as hell!

It sounds a bit muddy like this. It's really trancy you know xD and I like the drums (as usally). Strings are OK. The clap fills are nice xD, but the echo behind those on 1:38 are not in sync. Melodies are OK. I like the synth at 2:30. Bass is nice. Kick has a bit too much bass --> maybe put it louder and cut the last bit of the sample off, so that you keep the high tones and leave the low tones behind.
Not bad, but a bit lazy mixing xD

I though that this would be a classical/movie-theme-kinda song, but as I hear now, it proves me wrong! Dnb/dubstep/glitch/classical-kinda song :O I love it! The glitchy instruments really make it sound quite unique!

I'm really fond of the piano and the violins also sound very nice. :) the drums, though, do not seem to impress me. I like the guitar alike sounding in the background at the louder parts and the envolving bass before those parts! Great progression you've got here since your last song, it's promising. By the way, Did I hear reverb? :P
