beginning sounds really professional. I really like the fading in the background. Guitar solo is also nice. I could really see this in some kind of movie :P. The egithian mini (I think) is also a nice toutch... Man really good job!

Just a side note, I think you'll find this amusing:

The time signature I used was progressive (it changed every bar), and it followed the following pattern: 3/8; 5/8; 1/8. It was really hard to write in that signature, but it was totally worth it. I definitely reccomend playing with some time signatures if you're up to it, though. I certainly learned a lot.

OMG, nice! This is the stuff.

I liked the drums. The orchestral part was a bit fake and simple, but it did the trick. The dnb drums are a bit peaking here, I don't know if it's my sound system...

Though, I won't download it, but that's mainly because I'm not a fan of "hardcore"

sweet. ill keep that in mind for fixing the mix--i spent most of my time obsessing over the very same time segment you mentioned above, and i guess it mixed cleanly ;) it's so intense i had a lot of trouble trying to make it less abrasive hahah. glad you enjoyed it.

The beginning really sounded like "out of control" xD and then came a part which was quite different and then suddenly the bass came in and it sounded quite the same and then the break, which was also a bit similar and then the final climax, was very nice.

Your professinality improved a lot! It's really nice and I'm happy that you liked my song "out of control" so much! It has elements of my song, but you pulled it off nicely and made your own song of it.

Simple,

but peaceful. I like the combination of the high-pitched piano notes and the drums. It gives a quite unique feeling, but also a bit empty.

The song itself doesn't feel totally complete. It has room for improvements, nevertheless, a nice song:

This is something (and a lot of your other music) that is really good for music school (like HKU hilversum (Hogeschool kunsten utrecht afdeling kunst media en technologie). I'm also thinking of that, so it would be quite funny if we would go to same school :P But you certainly should consider that!

clear sounding

The good:
I love the melody and chord progression. It's not typically trance, but it's very original. Synths are nice too, not so Fl-like as I thought before. I love the fast arp on the background. Sounds very video-game-ish.

Suggestions:
Synths could use some more delay with more feedback. "Chorus" sounds a bit empty in mid tones: maybe add a new pad or equalize your old, with some more tones in the mid frequencies.

Thanks for liking it, finally you said 'Not so FL-like' ( Which is more then good enough for me ).
I basically kept fx to a minium at a certain point since mixing was a bitch. I geuss i could touch it up a little later. I'm not sure if i will be adding a pad but oh well..
